The main rooms are on the ground floor and open directly onto the courtyard. Cottages have two levels but no shared entrance halls or lifts.

A nearby shelter
The hotel team recommends the underground car park at the Aquamarine residential complex, about 200 metres away. We show guests the route at check-in. During an alert, follow official guidance and check current shelter access information.
Emergency backup power
During outages, a generator and emergency backup power support lighting, device charging, heating and hot water. The system does not provide full electrical power to the entire hotel.
Gated grounds
The green courtyard and parking area are enclosed and located next to the rooms. We recommend using Ukraine’s official Air Alert app and following city guidance.
